PAYMENT
We accept payments through Stripe. We can accept all Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We cannot begin to process orders until payment is received in full.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Coco Lane will gladly accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Please send back your order with the provided packing slip and include the reason for return.
SHIPPING
At this time, Coco Lane ships to the United States of America and Canada only*. We are pleased to offer flat rate and express shipping:
Flat Rate (5-7 Business Days) $10
Express (1-2 Business Days) $30
All domestic and international orders are sent using UPS. If your order is urgent, please contact us at hello@coco-lane.com about expediting the processing of your order and/or arranging additional payment for alternative shipping method. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your package has been shipped. Packages will automatically be shipped to the address provided, please make sure you have input the correct address. Losses due to an incorrectly listed address will not be compensated.
